Materials we process
Choosing the right material is crucial for a product’s longevity, reliability, and cost. Tinick processes a wide range of metals, non-ferrous alloys, and engineering plastics. We’ll work with you to determine which alloy or plastic best suits your application, environment (corrosion, temperature, media), and intended batch size. All materials are available with the necessary certificates and full traceability, so you always have insight into their origin and properties.
Steel grades
For structural parts, axles, housings, and highly stressed components, we work with various types of steel. From easy-to-machine free-cutting steel for large production runs to high-quality stainless steel for aggressive or hygienic environments.
- Brass: CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CZ132, CuZn36Pb2As
- Bronze: CuSn7ZnPb
- Red copper: E-CuF25, E-CuF30, E-Cu
- Zamak: GD-ZN.A14Cu
- Monel: Alloy 400, Alloy R-405
- Hastelloy: C-22, C-22 HS
Non-ferrous metals
Non-ferrous metals are widely used in applications such as accessories, machine parts, couplings, and fastening solutions. They often offer a good combination of machinability, strength, and corrosion resistance.
- Brass: CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CZ132, CuZn36Pb2As
- Bronze: CuSn7ZnPb
- Red copper: E-CuF25, E-CuF30, E-Cu
- Zamak: GD-ZN.A14Cu
- Monel: Alloy 400, Alloy R-405
- Hastelloy: C-22, C-22 HS
Aluminum & technical plastics
Aluminum and engineering plastics are used where weight savings, corrosion resistance, or specific sliding and insulating properties are required. We help you determine whether aluminum or a high-quality plastic is the best choice for your application.
- Aluminum: 7075, AlMgSiPb, AlCuSiBi, AlMgCuPb
- Plastics: LDPE, PS, PVC, ABS, PP, PTFE

What We do
Production techniques
Every application requires a suitable production technique. While one product is best suited for turning or milling, casting, pressing, or forging is often more advantageous for large quantities. Tinick advises you on the most cost-effective route and can combine various techniques within a single project.

To pour
Casting techniques are ideally suited for complex shapes and larger series. We select the appropriate casting method based on the desired level of detail, surface roughness, and material.
- Lost-wax casting for precise and complex shapes
- Sand casting: aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, cast iron

Forging & pressing
Forging and pressing can produce strong, dimensionally stable products with a favorable fiber structure. This is advantageous for heavily loaded components or components that are often subjected to dynamic loads.
- Hot pressing: brass, aluminum, bronze
- Forging: steel, iron, stainless steel

Injection molding & sintering
For very large quantities, precision series parts, or specific material properties, we use injection molding and sintering. These techniques offer high reproducibility and a favorable unit price at higher volumes.
- Zamak, aluminum and plastic injection molding
- Sintering: brass, steel, stainless steel, bronze

Precision machining & sheet metal work
After casting, pressing, or forging, precise post-processing is often required. Using modern CNC and conventional machinery, we ensure that dimensions, tolerances, and finishes precisely match your drawing and specifications.
- CNC turning and milling
- Multi-spindle machines for high series sizes
- Transfer and post-processing machines
- Laser processing for precise cutting work
- Nibbling and sheet metal forming technology (steel, stainless steel, spring steel, brass, bronze, Sendzimir)
Surface treatments
The right surface treatment extends the lifespan of products, improves corrosion resistance, and ensures the desired visual appearance. Tinick can handle the entire finishing process for you, so you receive a complete end product.
- Silver plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, gold plating
- Galvanic and hot dip galvanizing
- Anodizing (various colors)
- Powder coating
- Grinding & polishing
Additional services
In addition to component production, we also handle product assembly, testing, and optimization. This allows Tinick to act as an extension of your own engineering and purchasing departments, taking as much work off your hands as possible.
- Assembly (high-tech and mass)
- Functional testing of components and assemblies
- R&D support and product optimization
